The stunning Hearts and Roses London flocked polka dot dress is crafted from stretchy cotton in a striking flocked polka dot print, coming in a sublime choice of black with dark red, purple or black polka dots. In true vintage dress style, this divine Hearts and Roses London dress offers a flattering, feminine cut, with a ribbon belt that nips in at the waist, and halter neck straps to support to the bust, further enhancing a killer silhouette.
The swing skirt features a built-in tulle hemmed underskirt, adding volume and style with a New Look line.
