This gorgeous Banned Clothing dress offers a fitted bodice with a pretty sweetheart bust, complete with black satin bows. The mini skirt features a built-in tulle hemmed underskirt for volume and parrty-time drama! The shoulder straps can be fastened with buttons, or tied in a knot at the nape of the neck, and the back of the bodice is elasticated - two great features that allow for a perfect, comfy fit.
