What delivery services do you offer - how long do they take and how much do they cost?

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment and are dispatched daily Monday to Friday, with a daily cut-off for same day despatch at 2pm.

UNITED KINGDOM

FREE Economy Delivery items are sent using Royal Mail Second Class Delivery. Average transit time 2-4 working days.

FREE Click and Collect items are despatched to your nearest (or selected) Argos store. Average transit time 1-2 days. Free returns are available with this service.

Standard Delivery items are sent using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Average transit time 2-4 working days. Recorded delivery items will require a signature upon delivery. From £2.99.

Express Next Day Delivery items are sent using DHL Express Courier. Orders need to be placed by 2pm Monday-Friday for next working day delivery. Courier delivery items will require a signature upon delivery. **Express Nexy Day delivery is just £6 per order, regardless of size - order as many items as you like and have them delivered the next working day for just £6!

Please contact us if Saturday Special Delivery is required as this service needs to be especially arranged. All Get It Fast items are sent within 24 working hours of payment.

Standard European Delivery items are sent using Royal Mail. Average transit time 4-6 working days. Where the order value exceeds £50, for increased security, we may upgrade your delivery to a courier service at no extra cost to you. From £3.99.

Express European Delivery items are sent using DHL Express Courier. Average transit time 1-3 working days to most countries. (Zone 1 Europe: Paris, Cologne, Frankfurt, Belgium, Channel Islands, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands -1 day. Zone 2 Europe: France, Germany - 2 days. All other European destinations - 3-days). REST OF WORLD

Standard International Delivery items are sent using Royal Mail. Average transit time 5 - 10 working days. Where the order value exceeds £50, for increased security, we may upgrade your delivery to a courier service at no extra cost to you. From £5.99.

Express International Delivery items are sent using DHL Express Courier. Average transit time 1-3 working days to most countries. (USA - 2 days, Aus - 3 days). From £24.99.

For international deliveries, please allow up to 30 days for customs delays and please note that you are responsible for any duties/tariffs that may be applicable on your delivery. Items being sent outside of the EU are sent with full and accurate customs documentation.

Please remember that we send items as soon as possible and we are not responsible for delivery times once an item has been dispatched.

Do you offer combined postage?
We are happy to combine postage on orders placed at the same time and sent together to the same address in a single parcel. Excess postage paid on combined orders will be refunded upon despatch. Please see the Postage and Payments tab of each listing for accurate postage rates and discounts.

Are there any UK addresses where delivery might take longer?
Yes, there are certain locations including the Highlands, the Channel Islands and remote areas where it may take longer to deliver your order.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses (British Forces Postal Office) and PO Boxes?
Yes, we offer a delivery service to all BFPO addresses and PO Box addresses, by Royal Mail only.

Do you offer International express delivery?
Yes, please see above for transit times. Express European and World Wide postage can be selected at checkout.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Signed-For and Courier delievered items will require a signature upon delivery.

Can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched an email will be sent to you containing the tracking reference and details of where you can track your order.

How are your items packed?
We take great care when packing items. Parcels are plain (usually grey) mailing bags. Items are sent in their factory packaging and/or wrapped in tissue paper. All items are checked before despatch.

What will happen if I am out when you deliver?
If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery, please follow the instructions on the card.

Will I be charged customs and import duties?
We are a UK based company and ship worldwide to destinations where customs charges may apply. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country; we are no liable for and cannot refund these charges. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel for both retail and wholesale orders. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by unexpected charges.

The product I ordered has arrived faulty/damaged/incorrect, what should I do?
We apologise for the inconvenience if we have delivered a faulty, damaged or incorrect item. In this instance, please contact us for assistance. We are proud to offer excellent dedicated after-sales care.

An item is missing from my order. What shall I do?
We sometimes split orders at despatch, so items may arrive separately. Please check your despatch notification emails to verify which items have been sent. If you find that an item is genuinely missing then please contact us.

I haven't received my item. What shall I do?
Please allow seven days for UK deliveries and 14 days for International deliveries. After this period please check at your local sorting office. If it is not at your sorting office and still not delivered after two weeks (or 30 days international) please contact us for assistance. We are always here to help.
